Two suffering bastards left to starve on an island with nothing but their wits and a cask of rum which contained the remains of their intrepid captain. Driven half mad from the heat and with only the skipper-infused rum to quench their immense thirsts, Hecho Demerara and Sonny Diplomatico passed the desolate nights away by recreating songs from their past using crude instruments fashioned from local vegetation and remnants of indigenous wildlife. The result is a South Pacific inspired interpretation of times remembered fondly. Enjoy responsibly.
Fire In Cairo addresses heat, sand and possibly unrealized love, all topics The Rhumcats have grown all too familiar with whilst trapped on that floating terrarium.
The Rhumcats have thrown countless messages in bottles from the edge of the deep green sea to their social media manager but have yet to receive reply. Keep your ear to the ground regarding upcoming Rhumcats projects and bookings.
Absolutely beautiful, so,so excited for what will come in the future, both songs have lifted my heart and brought some magic to the festive season. paulpoop1

I got to know TS thanks to them supporting The Cure in 2016. Now, six years later, I was in the same place tearing up to the climax of every song in their set. Such a phenomenal sounding and raw live recording. furtherdowncol
