Let's Go To Bed was quite a throwaway song for The Cure but we both love it. Apparently the band's record label were mystified by it when Robert Smith presented it to them in 1982 after three albums of gloomy rock, but it ended up transforming their audience 'from intense, menacing, psychotic goths to people with perfect white teeth'. We thought it would be fun to take that even further and imagine Let's Go To Bed as performed in 1982 by Depeche Mode or the Human League. Andrew would like to dedicate this song to the memory of Issy (right), a perfect cat.

I got to know TS thanks to them supporting The Cure in 2016. Now, six years later, I was in the same place tearing up to the climax of every song in their set. Such a phenomenal sounding and raw live recording. furtherdowncol
